Planning & Zoning
Newbold Neighbors Association's Planning & Zoning Committee facilitates monthly public zoning meetings in which applicants seeking zoning variances are able to present their plans, gather valuable public feedback, and gauge community support for their project before going in front of the Philadelphia Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA).
You can learn more about the format of our public meetings, as well as how votes are counted and what type of information we convey to the ZBA.
Are you seeking a zoning variance?
If you are planning to build a new structure or make modifications that require a zoning approval or use variance please review the NNA Guide for Zoning Applicants before contacting the zoning committee chair by email to begin the process. If you have an attorney or architect working with you, please have them plan to attend this meeting as well.
