February Public Zoning Meeting

1603 Ellsworth Street

Application is for a third story rear addition with roof deck for use as a 2 family dwelling. Refusal is on the grounds that a 2 family dwelling is prohibited in the zoning district and the proposed open space does not meet the required percentage.

1728 Manton Street

Application is for a 2 story wood frame addition at the rear of a single family
dwelling.  Refusal is on grounds that proposed open space does not meet the required percentage.

1734 Manton Street

Application is for a group day care center in the existing structure.  A group day care facility requires special exemption approval in this zoning district.
